At CardMuse, we treat your questions and emotional tensions as sacred. Because you ask the Oracle things you might not even tell your closest friends, we operate on a strict principle of minimal data collection and transparent processing.

1. The Information We Collect

• Your Inquiries: The text prompts and questions you submit to generate a card.
• Usage Data: Basic browser information and IP addresses to prevent abuse of the free tier and maintain system security constraints.
• Generated Artifacts: The images, titles, and reading texts formulated by the AI based on your input.

2. How We Process Your Data (The AI Flow)

To act as a Digital Oracle, your text inputs are sent securely to our third-party AI partners (including Google Gemini for logic processing and specialized Image Generation clusters). We use enterprise API endpoints, meaning your personal questions are not used by these providers to train their public data models.

3. Public Archive & Visibility

By default, the cards you generate (specifically the Image, Title, and Reading) may be anonymously featured in our Public Archive to inspire others.Your personal identity, your IP address, or the raw, highly-personal prompt you typed are NEVER publicly attached to these cards. We only display the final poetic abstraction.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We store the generated readings in our encrypted database so you can access your soul cards via their unique link in the future. If you wish for a specific reading to be permanently wiped from our servers, simply contact our support team.
